We are a pet friendly community.

We allow up to 2 animals under 70 pounds when fully grown.

There is a $300 pet fee for up to 2 pets with a single or combined weight under 35 pounds and under, with $150 of it  refundable. Pets over 35 lbs reqiuire a $400 pet fee with $200 of it refundable.

Monthly Pet fees are $10 per pet.
